Data may undergo status changes within its lifecycle that require the notification of staff members, who may then take specific required actions. With the FileOnQ Notification system, these notifications can be automatically sent in the form of email messages, which eliminates time-consuming manual processes and keeps relevant staff members informed. Notification emails can include attachments or automatically generated reports, and can either be sent immediately upon a status-changing event or maintained for later processing.
- Email alerts: the system will generate emails based on your criteria and processes.
- Hyperlinks and Attachments: can be included and are dynamically generated notified personnel can then quickly take the required action within the FileOnQ system.
- Customize: notification types such as Name, Description, Subject Line and Message Body and whether to format the notification as HTML or just plain text.
