This training is designed to help answer any questions you may have along with giving you an overview of the system. Even after your training is complete, you are not alone. We will continue to support you and offer ongoing training to your organization for as long as you maintain your yearly maintenance and support contract.
After your initial training and setup is complete, we provide continual customer support and training as long as you have a current maintenance and support contract.

- Toll-Free Technical/Customer Support: Our Professional Services Team is available to answer questions by way of email or our toll-free numbers.
- Online Training: If, at any time, you need additional training while your annual maintenance and support contract is current, we can give ongoing refresher training sessions through personalized live web training sessions, which are free of charge
- Group Webinars: Our training/support team hosts national or regional group training sessions that cater specifically to a particular platform solution.
- Onsite Training: For a reasonable fee, we offer live, onsite training. We make sure you are getting the highest value and trouble-free operation from your FileOnQ™ system, both now and long into the future.
